Our training supervisors are Taichi Ishizuki. Mr. Ishizuki has served as our President, CEO and CFO since 2018. He has worked in fields relevant to the subjects he teaches at training since 2003.

According to Afuri Ramen Dumpling's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Taichi Ishizuki is one of the training supervisors. Since 2018, Mr. Ishizuki has been the President, CEO, and CFO of Afuri Ramen Dumpling. He has experience in the fields he teaches at training since 2003.
Prospective franchisees should note that the training schedule may be amended by Afuri Ramen Dumpling. The General Manager and individual owner(s) must attend training for the Kitchen Manager, Bar Manager, and Commissary Manager, in addition to their own classroom training.
Afuri Ramen Dumpling also utilizes Zachary Ragghianti and Jennifer Underwood as trainers. Franchisees should consider that the franchisor may modify the training program and that satisfactory completion of the initial mandatory training program is required; failure to complete the program may result in termination of the Franchise Agreement and a refund of only 50% of the Initial Franchise Fee.
