You may be required go through us to update menu pricing on our end as we will maintain control over the menu and related customer-facing information via our custom or proprietary software.
If available, we may update our menu remotely through our custom or proprietary software application.
You must cooperate by providing all information necessary for us to have such access, including by providing any identification information and passwords as needed.
- 5.8.5 We may require reasonable changes, replacements, or additions to the point of sale system hardware and software and other computer hardware and software.
If we require any such changes, replacements, or additions, you must comply with such requirements within a reasonable period at your sole expense.
- 5.8.6 E-Problem Disclaimer: Computer systems are vulnerable in varying degrees to computer viruses, bugs, power disruptions, communication line disruptions, Internet access failures, Internet content failures, date-related problems, and attacks by hackers and other unauthorized intruders ("E-Problems").
We do not guarantee that information or communication systems that we or others supply will not be vulnerable to E-Problems.
It is your responsibility to protect yourself from E-Problems.
You should also take reasonable steps to verify that your suppliers, lenders, landlords, customers, and governmental agencies on which you rely, have reasonable protection from E-problems.
This may include taking reasonable steps to secure your systems (including firewalls, password protection, and anti-virus systems), and to provide backup systems.
