- Additional Training. You must give us not less than 30 days' prior written notice of your desire to receive additional training. The duration of training is negotiable depending upon your needs. You will not receive any compensation for services rendered by the trainee during this or any other training. We may designate qualified franchisees or master franchisees to conduct some or all of your training.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Afuri Ramen Dumpling Franchise Disclosure Document, Afuri Ramen Dumpling may designate qualified franchisees or master franchisees to conduct some or all of a new franchisee's training.
If a franchisee desires to receive additional training, they must provide Afuri Ramen Dumpling with at least 30 days' prior written notice. The length of this additional training is negotiable based on the franchisee's needs.
It is important to note that franchisees will not receive any compensation for services rendered by the trainee during this additional training or any other training period. This means the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with the trainee's time and labor during the training period.
