- If requested, we may choose to provide reasonable advice and input related to your selection of a site for the Franchise Premises. You will pay for all our reasonable expenses related to any such requested services, including our travel and lodging expenses. Our rendering such services is based upon our availability. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Afuri Ramen Dumpling Franchise Disclosure Document, Afuri Ramen Dumpling is not obligated to provide site selection services. However, if requested by the franchisee, Afuri Ramen Dumpling may choose to provide reasonable advice and input related to site selection for the Franchise Premises.
If Afuri Ramen Dumpling agrees to provide site selection advice, the franchisee is responsible for covering all reasonable expenses incurred by Afuri Ramen Dumpling for these services. This includes travel and lodging expenses. The provision of such services is also dependent on Afuri Ramen Dumpling's availability.
Before the franchise opens, Afuri Ramen Dumpling will designate the Franchise Territory in the Franchise Agreement, contingent upon the franchisee's approval and Afuri Ramen Dumpling's market analysis. They will also approve or disapprove proposed sites for the Franchise Premises and the lease, considering factors like location, traffic, parking, building characteristics, lease terms, and population density. Afuri Ramen Dumpling will typically notify the franchisee of approval or disapproval within 30 days of receiving the necessary documentation.
