We may develop and market special discount or free coupon programs. You will have the right, but not the obligation, to participate in these programs. We will notify you of the creation and provisions of a discount or coupon program. Within five days after receipt of the notice, you will advise us whether or not you wish to participate in that program. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Afuri Ramen Dumpling Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have the right, but not the obligation, to participate in discount programs developed and marketed by Afuri Ramen Dumpling. Afuri Ramen Dumpling will notify franchisees of the creation and provisions of a discount or coupon program.
Within five days of receiving notice about a discount program, franchisees must inform Afuri Ramen Dumpling whether they wish to participate. If a franchisee chooses to participate, they must adhere to all provisions of the program.
