Is there a limit to the number of Aerus employees that may attend remote training options?

Aerus Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Your operating principal and general manager are required to attend our four (4) day Management and Business Administration ("MBA") training program in Dallas, Texas, or such other location within the United States or Canada which we may designate. You may want to bring other employees to training. For in-person training that occurs at Dallas, Texas or an Aerus Business we designate, you may bring up to a total of 3 individuals to training. We may also offer certain aspects of MBA training online through our interactive training website www.aerusuniversity.com and/or allow you to attend certain aspects of MBA training remotely through telephone or web conference. If so, travel may not be required and there is currently no limit to the number of your employees that may attend our remote training options.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no limit to the number of employees that may attend remote training. The operating principal and general manager are required to attend a four-day Management and Business Administration (MBA) training program. Aerus may offer aspects of the MBA training online through their interactive training website or allow attendance remotely through telephone or web conference.

For in-person training in Dallas, Texas, or at an Aerus Business, a franchisee may bring up to three individuals. However, when training is conducted remotely, travel is not required, and there is no stated limit to the number of employees who can participate.

This distinction between in-person and remote training attendance is important for prospective franchisees as it allows for more flexibility and cost-effectiveness in training additional staff members. Franchisees can leverage remote training options to ensure a broader range of employees receive necessary training without incurring travel expenses for everyone.
