What services can be provided by or at an affiliated approved location for an Aerus Licensed Outlet?

According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, repair, maintenance, and warranty service for Licensed Outlets can be provided by or at an affiliated approved location rather than on-site. This exception to the standard requirements for Approved Locations offers flexibility in how these services are delivered.

This means an Aerus franchisee with a Licensed Outlet is not necessarily required to perform these services directly at each outlet location. Instead, they can leverage a central service center or partner with another approved Aerus location to handle these responsibilities.
