What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees, their Operating Principal, General Managers, and all other personnel who operate and manage the franchised business are required to participate in all training and education programs, as well as motivational and incentive meetings that Aerus may offer. This encompasses Sales Managers and Service Managers for franchisees who sign a Beyond Addendum.
This requirement ensures that everyone involved in the Aerus franchise is up-to-date on the latest products, services, and operational procedures. It also aims to keep the team motivated and aligned with the company's goals through incentive programs.
The franchisee bears the expense for all required personnel to attend these programs and meetings. This includes costs associated with travel, lodging, and wages, which can add to the overall investment and operational costs of the franchise. Franchisees should factor these ongoing training expenses into their financial planning.
