What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aerus' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee chooses to offer 'Beyond Products', the franchisee, their Operating Principal, General Manager, and all other personnel who operate and manage the franchised business, including Sales Managers and Service Managers, must participate in all training and education programs offered by Aerus regarding the Beyond Products.
This requirement ensures that all individuals involved in the sale and management of Beyond Products are adequately trained and knowledgeable about the products. This can help maintain consistent quality and service standards across all Aerus franchises offering these products.
The franchisee is responsible for covering the expenses associated with this training. This could include travel costs, accommodation, and any other related fees. This mandatory training is specific to the 'Beyond Products' and participation is required to sell those products under the Aerus franchise.
