What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a copy of the Manuals is provided to the franchisee prior to the Opening Date during the initial training. These manuals contain the terms and conditions for replenishing the initial inventory of Consigned Products. Aerus will also provide revisions and modifications to the Manuals during the operation of the franchised business.
The franchisee is expected to adhere to the specifications detailed in the Manuals regarding hardware and software to properly run Aerus's proprietary software programs. Franchisees must also advertise in the manner designated by Aerus in the Manuals or in writing, using formats approved by Aerus in advance.
Prospective franchisees should note that the Manuals are a critical resource for understanding Aerus's operational requirements, inventory management, advertising guidelines, and technology standards. Therefore, receiving and thoroughly reviewing the Manuals during initial training is essential for a successful franchise launch and ongoing operation.
