What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aerus will provide a copy of the Manuals to the franchisee prior to the Opening Date during the initial training. The Manuals contain the terms and conditions for replenishing the initial inventory of Consigned Products and other Products, parts, accessories, and supplies. Aerus will also provide revisions and modifications to the Manuals during the operation of the franchised business.

The franchisee is required to maintain hardware and software that complies with Aerus's specifications detailed in the Manuals to properly run their proprietary software programs. These programs include accounting software (FOAS), which is essentially the cash register for the business. Updates to the proprietary software will be made available to the franchisee to upgrade their computer systems, with the cost included in the Administration and Technical Support Fee.

Prospective franchisees should note that the Manuals are a critical resource for operating the Aerus franchise. Franchisees must adhere to the guidelines and specifications outlined in the Manuals to maintain compliance with the Franchise Agreement and ensure the proper functioning of their business. It is important to review the Manuals carefully during initial training and to stay updated with any revisions or modifications provided by Aerus.
