What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aerus is not obligated to maintain the Intranet indefinitely. Aerus has the right to dismantle it at any time without incurring any liability to the franchisee.

Aerus may choose to establish and maintain an Intranet to facilitate communication between franchisees, and between Aerus and its franchisees. This Intranet would also serve as a platform for Aerus to distribute manuals, updates, and other confidential information. However, Aerus retains complete control over all aspects of the Intranet, including its content and functionality.

As a franchisee, you would have the privilege of using the Intranet, provided you strictly adhere to Aerus's policies and procedures. You should also be aware that Aerus, as the administrator, can access and view any communication posted on the Intranet, and all communications posted on it become Aerus's property, without any claims of privacy.
