What does the Licensee acknowledge about the Aerus Software and Documentation?

According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees that all copies of the Software and Documentation, including any produced by the Licensee with Aerus's consent, are and will remain Aerus's sole and exclusive property during and after the term of the Software License. The Licensee also acknowledges that Aerus may obtain the Software or Documentation from its affiliates or third-party licensors.
