What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees, along with their Operating Principal, General Manager, Sales Managers, and Service Managers, are required to participate in all training and education programs offered by Aerus regarding Beyond Products. These programs also include motivational and incentive meetings. The franchisee bears the expense of this participation. This requirement is specifically tied to an addendum related to Beyond Products.
This mandatory training ensures that the franchisee and key personnel are well-versed in the specifics of Beyond Products, which are a part of the Aerus product line. By requiring the participation of various management roles, Aerus aims to ensure that the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively market, sell, and service these products are disseminated throughout the franchise's organization.
It is important to note that this requirement is tied to the Beyond Products addendum. If the addendum expires or is terminated, this specific training requirement would also cease. The addendum can be terminated if the Franchise Agreement is terminated, expires, or if Aerus provides notice of the franchisee violating the terms of the addendum or the Franchise Agreement.
