As an Aerus franchisee, am I required to sign a receipt for the Disclosure Document?

According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you are required to sign and date a copy of the receipt page and return it to Aerus Franchising, LLC. The document specifies that this signed receipt should be sent to the attention of the Legal Department at 14841 Dallas Parkway, Suite 500, Dallas, Texas 75254. Aerus retains this copy for their records.
