What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Aerus Franchise Disclosure Document, the effective date of the franchise agreement is the date shown on the signature page. This means that the agreement becomes legally binding and enforceable from that specific date forward.

This date is important because it marks the commencement of the franchise relationship and triggers various obligations for both Aerus and the franchisee. For instance, the franchisee's term, as specified in Schedule 1, begins from this effective date.

Additionally, other agreements such as the Software License Agreement and the Consigned Products Security Agreement are executed simultaneously with the Franchise Agreement and are also dated of even date with the Franchise Agreement's effective date. This ensures that all related agreements align with the start of the franchise relationship.
