What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Minimum Local Advertising Expense' is defined as the amount a franchisee must spend each year on local advertising, public relations, and promotion within their designated area. The specific amount of this expense is detailed in Schedule 3 of the Franchise Agreement.

Schedule 3, as referenced in the FDD, is where specific fees, payments, and deposits are outlined. This schedule is attached to the agreement and provides franchisees with a clear understanding of their financial obligations to Aerus. This includes the initial franchise fee, location closure fee, new location fee, and, importantly, the minimum local advertising expense.

Prospective Aerus franchisees should carefully review Schedule 3 to understand the exact amount they will be required to spend on local advertising annually. Understanding this expense is crucial for budgeting and financial planning, as it represents a mandatory investment in local marketing efforts to promote the Aerus business within the franchisee's area of responsibility.
