What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aerus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Beyond Fee is non-refundable. This fee is a flat amount of $100.00, which franchisees must pay to Aerus upon executing the addendum to their franchise agreement that grants them the right to sell Beyond Products.
This addendum allows franchisees to sell Beyond Products, which are items not available to other franchises. The fee is exchanged for the rights and privileges granted to the franchisee in the addendum. These rights include the license to sell Beyond Products to approved customers within their area of responsibility and the right to use the Beyond Marks, Aerus's trademarks for these products.
The non-refundable nature of the Beyond Fee means that under no circumstances will Aerus return the $100.00 to the franchisee. This is a relatively small fee compared to the overall investment in an Aerus franchise, but franchisees should be aware of this policy.
