What This Means (2023 FDD)
According to Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's 2023 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Provider is responsible for recommending, calibrating, and maintaining equipment. Specifically, the Provider's responsibilities align with their role as a medical licensee, ensuring these activities fall within their scope of authority under applicable laws or regulations.
MSO (Management Services Organization) assists the Provider in selecting equipment, furniture, fixtures, and personal property for the Provider Site. However, all selections are made by the Provider at their discretion and sole cost. This equipment is contracted in the Provider's name, to the extent required by law.
If MSO directly pays for maintenance costs, the Provider must promptly reimburse MSO for these expenses. This arrangement ensures that while MSO may provide logistical support, the Provider retains ultimate control and financial responsibility for equipment-related decisions and costs.
