Except as outlined in Item 19 of our Franchise Disclosure Document, we expressly disclaim the making of, and you acknowledge that you have not received or relied upon, any representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, concerning the potential revenues, cost savings, volume, profits, or success of the business venture contemplated by this Agreement.
