According to Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's 2023 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees who are not in breach of their franchise agreement have the option to renew their franchise for additional 5-year terms. To renew, franchisees must provide written notice to Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv at least three months, but no more than six months, before the end of their current franchise term.

Upon renewal, franchisees will be required to sign Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's then-current franchise agreement, which may differ significantly from the original agreement.
