- Administer our advertising program and formulate and conduct national and regional promotion programs. (Franchise Agreement, Sections 5.3 and 5.6) We do not have any obligation to assist you in establishing prices; but, to the extent permitted by relevant law, we may establish price ceilings or minimum or maximum allowable prices on the products and services you offer and sell. Except as so specified by us or as otherwise required in the Franchise Agreement and in the Operations Manual, you may determine the prices at which you sell products and services, as well as the terms and conditions of sale.
