What This Means (2023 FDD)
According to Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's 2023 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will not receive an exclusive territory. The Franchise Territory is defined based on the franchisee's requests, Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's market analysis, market penetration plans, and franchise placement strategies, with consideration given to population demographics and healthcare expenditures in the area. The territory's boundaries are identified using geographical and population boundaries identified by zip code and are described in the Franchise Agreement. However, Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv retains the right to adjust the Franchise Territory if zip codes are changed by government authorities.
This lack of exclusivity means that Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv franchisees may face competition from other franchisees, outlets that Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv owns, or other channels of distribution or competitive brands that Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv controls. Franchisees are restricted from offering products or services outside their Franchise Territory without prior written consent, although they may operate and conduct limited services in another franchisee's territory for corporate or national clients.
