- E. Discount Programs. From time to time we may develop and market special discount or free coupon programs. You will have the right, but not the obligation, to participate in these programs. We will notify you of the creation and provisions of a discount or coupon program. Within 5 days after receipt of the notice, you will advise us whether or not you wish to participate in that program. If you notify us that you wish to participate, you will adhere to all provisions of the program. If you elect to be excluded from a program, we will have the right to advise consumers, by advertising, sales solicitation or otherwise, that you are not a participant. You will not be entitled to the benefits of that program. We will establish the discount or coupon programs in our sole discretion, and will not have any obligation to consult or confer with you or any other of our franchisees with respect to the nature, content or amount of any discount or coupon established pursuant to any program.

What This Means (2023 FDD)
According to Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's 2023 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not required to participate in discount programs. Advanced Mobile IV may develop and market special discount or free coupon programs from time to time. Franchisees have the option to participate in these programs.
If Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv creates a discount or coupon program, they will notify franchisees of the program's details. Franchisees then have 5 days to decide whether or not they want to participate. If a franchisee chooses to participate, they must follow all the program's rules.
However, if a franchisee chooses not to participate in a discount program, Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv has the right to inform consumers that the franchisee is not participating through advertising or other means. In this case, the franchisee will not receive the benefits of the program. Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv has the sole discretion to establish these discount or coupon programs without any obligation to consult with franchisees regarding the nature, content, or amount of any discount or coupon.
