Advanced_Mobile_Iv_And_Amiv Franchise · 2023 FDDAnswer from 2023 FDD Document
The Fees set forth in Section 3 and Appendix 1 ("Fees") are payable to MSO on the 3rd of the month ("Fee Payment Date") by check or electronic funds transfer by Provider to MSO, upon transmission by MSO of an invoice with an accounting of the calculation of the Fees (the "Fee Calculation").
Provider also grants MSO the right and authority, in MSO's sole discretion, to disburse amounts payable to MSO by Provider for the Fees, from Provider Bank Account (as defined in Section 3B), on or after the Fee Payment Date, according to the Fee Calculation, in lieu of check or electronic funds transfer by Provider.

What This Means (2023 FDD)
According to the 2023 Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv Franchise Disclosure Document, fees payable to MSO (Management Services Organization) are due on the 3rd of each month. This is referred to as the "Fee Payment Date." The franchisee, termed the "Provider" in this context, can pay these fees to MSO either by check or through electronic funds transfer.
The FDD specifies that MSO will send an invoice to the franchisee that includes an accounting of how the fees were calculated, termed the "Fee Calculation." This invoice serves as the basis for the payment.
Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv also grants MSO the authority to directly disburse the fees owed from the franchisee's bank account, referred to as the "Provider Bank Account." This disbursement can occur on or after the Fee Payment Date, based on the Fee Calculation, and serves as an alternative to the franchisee paying by check or electronic funds transfer. This arrangement provides MSO with a direct mechanism to ensure timely payment of fees.
