What This Means (2023 FDD)
According to Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's 2023 Franchise Disclosure Document, Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv has the right to designate other parties to conduct additional training for franchisees. This means that while the initial training may be conducted by Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's identified training supervisors, Ashley Yardley and Holly Hansen, subsequent or specialized training sessions could be led by other individuals or entities appointed by Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv.
For a prospective franchisee, this implies that they may encounter various trainers throughout their relationship with Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv, depending on the type of training required. This could include experts in specific areas of operation, marketing, or compliance. It is important to note that the franchisee is responsible for all expenses associated with additional training, including travel, lodging, meals, compensation, and reasonable training fees at the then-current rates.
This flexibility allows Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv to scale training resources and bring in specialized expertise as needed. However, franchisees should be aware that the quality and consistency of training may vary depending on who is conducting it. Therefore, franchisees should actively engage with the training programs, provide feedback, and ensure that the training meets their specific needs and expectations.
