According to Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's 2023 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional training sessions may incur a reasonable training fee. Specifically, Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv may charge a reasonable training fee for additional training sessions provided to franchisees, managers, and employees onsite in the Franchise Territory.
Additionally, franchisees have the option to receive further training at Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's headquarters, within their franchise territory, or at mutually agreed-upon locations. However, all expenses associated with this training, including travel, lodging, meals, compensation, and reasonable costs and expenses, including a reasonable training fee at the then-current rates, are the responsibility of the franchisee. The duration of this training is negotiable based on the franchisee's needs.
Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv may also offer refresher training programs or seminars periodically, which franchisees or their managers may be required to attend. While these programs and seminars are provided without charge, franchisees are responsible for all travel, living, and compensation expenses for those attending. Each year, franchisees or their designated managers must attend up to 12 to 16 hours of programs and seminars, typically in conjunction with the annual convention. Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv may also deem it necessary to provide additional training and supervision.
