According to Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's 2023 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will assist both the franchisee and their manager, if they have one, in completing the initial training program. Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv uses initial orientation and training materials to aid in this process. Furthermore, Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv will monitor the progress of the franchisee and their manager to ensure all required initial training items are covered.

This support is part of Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's pre-opening obligations to the franchisee. The initial training program utilizes a 60-day Road Map program of remote training and follow up using an initial training program checklist. This checklist includes operations, nurse recruitment, sales and marketing, website and social media use, and maintenance of quality standards. At the franchisee's option, Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv will also provide up to 2 consecutive days of onsite training at their headquarters in St. George, Utah.

It is important to note that the franchisee and their manager must complete the initial mandatory training program to Advanced Mobile Iv And Amiv's satisfaction. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement without a refund of any part of the Initial Franchise Fee. The franchisee is responsible for all expenses incurred to participate and attend the initial training, including wages and salaries, transportation, meals, accommodations and entertainment.
