7_Brew Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

A "traditional" 7 BREW Store ("Traditional 7 BREW Store") is defined to mean a freestanding or other facility that has at least one drive-thru window. Any 7 BREW Store that does not, or would not, have at least one drive-thru window is considered to be a "Non-Traditional 7 BREW Store." You have no right under this Rider to construct, develop, and operate Non-Traditional 7 BREW Stores. Your exclusive right under this Rider to construct, develop, and operate 7 BREW Stores physically located within the Territory relates solely to Traditional 7 BREW Stores.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 7 Brew Franchise Disclosure Document, a 'Traditional 7 Brew Store' is defined as a freestanding facility or another type of facility that includes at least one drive-thru window. This is a key element in distinguishing it from a 'Non-Traditional 7 Brew Store,' which lacks a drive-thru.

For franchisees considering development rights, it's important to note that these rights specifically pertain to Traditional 7 Brew Stores. The grant of exclusive rights to construct, develop, and operate 7 Brew stores within a designated territory applies solely to Traditional 7 Brew Stores. Any development schedule compliance is based only on Traditional 7 Brew Stores.

7 Brew explicitly reserves the right to construct, develop, and operate Non-Traditional 7 Brew Stores, or to allow others to do so, even within a franchisee's territory. These Non-Traditional stores do not count toward the franchisee's development obligations. Therefore, understanding this distinction is crucial for franchisees planning their investment and expansion strategies with 7 Brew.
