What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit B to the Development Rights Rider is a table of territory coordinates. This table lists coordinate points; each point, along with a two-mile radius around it, collectively defines the territory for the rider.

The FDD states that the table contains more coordinate points than the number of 7 Brew stores the franchisee is required to develop. This is intended to provide the franchisee with a sufficient number of locations to choose from when constructing the required number of stores.

The table includes a Point Number, General Location, Latitude Coordinate, and Longitude Coordinate. This information is used to define the specific geographic areas where the franchisee has the right to develop 7 Brew stores, ensuring they have a defined territory for expansion.
