Under what conditions can a 7 Brew franchisee participate in the System Website?

We will allow you to participate in the System Website only while you are in substantial compliance with this Agreement and all Brand Standards (including those for the System Website). If you are in material default of any obligation under this Agreement or Brand Standards, we may, in addition to our other remedies, temporarily suspend your participation in the System Website until you fully cure the default. We will permanently terminate your access to and participation in the System Website upon this Agreement's expiration or termination.
All Marketing Materials you develop for the Store must comply with Brand Standards and contain notices of the System Website's URL in the manner we periodically designate. You may not develop, maintain, or authorize any Digital Marketing or Social Media mentioning or describing the Store or displaying any Marks without our prior written approval and, if applicable, without complying with our Brand Standards for such Digital Marketing and Social Media. Except for the System Website and approved Digital Marketing and Social Media, you may not conduct commerce or directly or indirectly offer or sell any products or services using any Digital Marketing, Social Media, or website.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's participation in the System Website is contingent upon their compliance with the Franchise Agreement and Brand Standards. This means that to be eligible to participate in the System Website, a 7 Brew franchisee must be in substantial compliance with all the terms outlined in the agreement and adhere to the standards set by the franchisor.
If a 7 Brew franchisee is in material default of any obligation under the Franchise Agreement or Brand Standards, 7 Brew has the right to temporarily suspend the franchisee's participation in the System Website. This suspension will remain in effect until the franchisee fully addresses and corrects the default. However, upon the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee's access to and participation in the System Website will be permanently terminated.
Furthermore, all marketing materials developed by the franchisee for their 7 Brew store must comply with Brand Standards and include notices of the System Website's URL as designated by 7 Brew. Franchisees are prohibited from developing, maintaining, or authorizing any digital marketing or social media that mentions or describes the store or displays any trademarks without prior written approval from 7 Brew and compliance with Brand Standards. Except for the System Website and approved digital marketing and social media, franchisees are not allowed to conduct commerce or offer or sell any products or services using any digital marketing, social media, or website.
