What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, 7 Brew emphasizes the importance of accurate and complete information during the franchise application process. Specifically, all application and qualification materials provided by the prospective franchisee and their owners must be accurate and complete. This acknowledgment is a condition for 7 Brew to grant the franchise.

Furthermore, franchisees must commit to maintaining 7 Brew's Brand Standards, which are periodically modified and supplemented. Franchisees acknowledge that operating the store in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and Brand Standards is crucial. Deviation from any contractual requirement, including Brand Standards, constitutes a violation of the agreement.

In practical terms, any misrepresentation or omission in the application materials could jeopardize the granting of the franchise. Similarly, failure to adhere to Brand Standards and other contractual obligations during the store's operation can lead to violations of the Franchise Agreement, potentially resulting in penalties or termination of the agreement. This underscores the need for franchisees to be transparent and diligent in both the application phase and throughout the operational term of the franchise.
