According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company has established standards and procedures for communications, website usage, and social media. 7 Brew may establish a System Website to advertise and promote 7 Brew stores, help operate the 7 Brew store network, or for any other purposes they deem appropriate. 7 Brew will own all intellectual property and rights in the System Website and all information it contains.

7 Brew controls the System Website and may use Brand Fund contributions to develop, maintain, operate, update, and market the System Website. Franchisees may not develop any Digital Marketing or Social Media mentioning the store or displaying any Marks without 7 Brew's prior written approval and compliance with Brand Standards.

7 Brew also has standards, platforms, and procedures for communications among franchisees, the company, and accessing/using the System Website. These standards extend to using Social Media that references the Marks or involves the store, and using the Marks as part of any domain name or website. Franchisees must communicate with the store's customers only through branded mobile Apps, branded email domains, online brand-reputation-management sites, or other channels 7 Brew expressly designates and only for purposes related to the store's operation.
