After a site is accepted for a 7 Brew store, how is the store's address identified?

According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after 7 Brew accepts a proposed site and the franchisee secures it, 7 Brew will identify that site as the store's address in the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee is responsible for locating, evaluating, selecting, and securing the store's site. 7 Brew does not search for or select the site for the franchisee.

7 Brew will provide its then-current criteria for Traditional 7 Brew Store sites, including factors like population density, visibility, traffic flow, competition, accessibility, size, and other physical and commercial characteristics. The franchisee must provide all requested information and materials to allow 7 Brew to assess each proposed site. 7 Brew has the right to condition its acceptance of a proposed site, or a proposed site visit, on the franchisee first sending complete site reports and other requested materials, including photographs and digital recordings.

If 7 Brew accepts a proposed site but the franchisee has not yet signed a franchise agreement for that 7 Brew Store, the franchisee is required to sign a separate franchise agreement concurrently with signing the lease for or otherwise securing the right to possess the site. However, 7 Brew might allow the franchisee to sign the Franchise Agreement later at or closer to the Store's opening if the franchisee is diligently working on the Store's development. If the franchisee cannot obtain lawful possession of the acceptable proposed site within the time period 7 Brew designates, 7 Brew has the right to withdraw its acceptance of the proposed site.
