When is the 7 Brew franchisee's Brand Fund contribution due and payable?
7_Brew Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You agree to contribute to the Brand Fund the amounts we periodically specify, not to exceed two percent (2.0%) of the Store's weekly Gross Sales. Your Brand Fund contribution is due and payable at the same time and in the same manner as the Royalty or in such other manner we periodically specify. 7 BREW Stores that we and our affiliates own will contribute to the Brand Fund on the same percentage basis as franchisees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must contribute to the Brand Fund, with contributions not exceeding two percent (2.0%) of the store's weekly Gross Sales. This contribution is earmarked for advertising, marketing, research and development, public relations, social media management, lead generation, customer relationship management, and technology programs aimed at enhancing and protecting the 7 Brew brand and franchise system.
The Brand Fund contribution is due and payable at the same time and manner as the Royalty fee, unless 7 Brew specifies otherwise. This means franchisees should be prepared to remit their Brand Fund contributions on a weekly basis, coinciding with their royalty payments.
7 Brew also states that its own stores and those of its affiliates will contribute to the Brand Fund on the same percentage basis as franchisees, ensuring that company-owned locations share in the financial responsibility for brand development. 7 Brew retains sole control over the Brand Fund's activities, including creative and business decisions. They may also defer or reduce contributions for any franchisee or suspend the Brand Fund altogether with 30 days' notice.
