What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Representations document is designed to confirm that no unauthorized, untrue, inaccurate, or misleading statements were made to the franchisee. This document is not used if the franchise is to be operated in, or the franchisee is a resident of, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.

The document requires the franchisee to confirm the accuracy and understanding of several statements by initialing them. These statements cover various aspects of the franchise agreement, including the franchisee's independent investigation, understanding of business risks, and acknowledgment that 7 Brew has not made any unauthorized representations regarding income, sales volume, or profitability, except as provided in Item 19 of the FDD.

By signing the Franchisee Representations document, the franchisee confirms the truth of the statements within it, and 7 Brew will rely on this confirmation. This process aims to protect 7 Brew from potential future claims that the franchisee was misled during the franchise sales process. It also serves to ensure that the franchisee has conducted thorough due diligence and understands the terms and risks associated with the 7 Brew franchise.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review each statement in the Franchisee Representations document and consult with their own advisors before signing. If any statement is untrue, the franchisee should not sign the document, as doing so would confirm its accuracy and could have legal ramifications.
