Each calendar week currently begins on Monday and ends on Sunday, although upon notice to you we may change the first and last days of each calendar week for Royalty (and other payment) calculation purposes.

For example, the Development Rights Rider outlines termination conditions. 7 Brew has the right to terminate the rider if the franchisee fails to meet development obligations and does not cure the failure within ninety (90) days after receiving written notice. Because these are calendar days, the franchisee has 90 calendar days, not business days, to correct the failure.
Similarly, if 7 Brew rejects a proposed site, the franchisee has thirty (30) days to find an alternative acceptable location. The franchise agreement also states that the franchisee must send 7 Brew a signed copy of the site's lease within ten (10) days after the request. These timelines are crucial for franchisees to adhere to in order to remain in compliance with the franchise agreement and avoid potential penalties or termination.
