What are some examples of technology subscription services for 7 Brew that are contracted directly with unaffiliated third-party vendors?
7_Brew Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Except for certain technology subscription services (for example, point-of-sale, inventory management, scheduling management, iPad device management, and digital menu-board systems) for which we contract directly with the unaffiliated third-party vendors (who make the services available directly to you) and sample Marketing Materials (defined as advertising, marketing, promotional, and lead-generation formats and materials), we currently are not an approved or designated supplier of any items or services. As described in Item 1, one of our affiliates is an approved (but not the only) supplier of the modular building for your Store and also is the
designated supplier of the coffee equipment packages you need to operate your Store. Another affiliate originates certain energy drinks your Store will sell. Our affiliates currently are not approved or designated suppliers of any other products or services.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use certain technology subscription services that 7 Brew contracts directly with unaffiliated third-party vendors. These services are made available directly to the franchisee. Examples of these services include point-of-sale systems, inventory management systems, scheduling management systems, iPad device management, and digital menu-board systems.
7 Brew specifies that, apart from these technology subscriptions and sample marketing materials, it is not currently an approved or designated supplier of any other items or services. However, one of 7 Brew's affiliates is an approved supplier of the modular building for the store and the designated supplier of coffee equipment packages. Another affiliate originates certain energy drinks that the store will sell.
This arrangement means that while 7 Brew handles the contracts for specific technology services, franchisees may need to source other operating assets, point-of-sale and IT systems, small wares, and merchandise from approved suppliers or according to 7 Brew's specifications. This ensures brand consistency and quality control across all franchise locations.
