e will not unreasonably withhold our approval, you may not use any Marketing Materials we have not approved or have disapproved. We reserve the right upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to require you to discontinue using any previously-approved Marketing Materials.
C. System Website
We or our designees may establish a website or series of websites (with or without restricted access) for the 7 BREW Store network: (1) to advertise, market, identify, and promote 7 BREW Stores, the products and services they offer, and/or the 7 BREW Store franchise opportunity; (2) to help us operate the 7 BREW Store network; and/or (3) for any other purposes we deem appropriate for 7 BREW Stores or otherwise (collectively, the "System Website"). The System Website need not provide you with a separate interior webpage or "micro-site" referencing your Store. We will own all intellectual property and other rights in the System Website and all information it contains, including its domain name or URL, the log of "hits" by visitors, any personal or business data visitors supply, and all information relating to the Store's customers (collectively, the "Data").
We will control and may use Brand Fund contributions to develop, maintain, operate, update, and market the System Website. We have final approval rights over all information on the System Website. We may implement and periodically modify Brand Standards for the System Website.
We will allow you to participate in the System Website only while you are in substantial compliance with this Agreement and all Brand Standards (including those for the System Website). If you are in material default of any obligation under this Agreement or Brand Standards, we may, in addition to our other remedies, temporarily suspend your participation in the System Website until you fully cure the default. We will permanently terminate your access to and participation in the System Website upon this Agreement's expiration or termination.
All Marketing Materials you develop for the Store must comply with Brand Standards and contain notices of the System Website's URL in the manner we periodically designate. You may not develop, maintain, or authorize any Digital Marketing or Social Media mentioning or describing the Store or displaying any Marks without our prior written approval and, if applicable, without complying with our Brand Standards for such Digital Marketing and Social Media.

According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the System Website is defined as a website or series of websites established by 7 Brew or its designees for the 7 Brew store network. These websites can have restricted or unrestricted access. The purpose of the System Website is multifaceted. It serves to advertise, market, identify, and promote 7 Brew stores, their products, services, and the franchise opportunity itself. Additionally, it aids 7 Brew in operating the store network and can be used for any other purposes 7 Brew deems appropriate for its stores.
7 Brew retains ownership of all intellectual property and other rights associated with the System Website, including the domain name, visitor data, and customer information. The company also has control over the development, maintenance, operation, and marketing of the System Website, utilizing Brand Fund contributions for these activities. Furthermore, 7 Brew has final approval rights over all information presented on the System Website and may implement and modify Brand Standards for it.
As a 7 Brew franchisee, participation in the System Website is contingent upon compliance with the franchise agreement and Brand Standards. Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension of participation until the default is cured. Upon expiration or termination of the franchise agreement, access to and participation in the System Website will be permanently terminated. Franchisees are required to include the System Website's URL on all marketing materials and must obtain prior written approval from 7 Brew before developing any digital marketing or social media content mentioning the store or displaying any Marks. Franchisees are restricted from conducting commerce or offering products or services through any digital marketing, social media, or website, except for the System Website and approved digital marketing and social media.
