7_Brew Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
A "traditional" 7 BREW Store ("Traditional 7 BREW Store") is defined to mean a freestanding or other facility that has at least one drive-thru window. Any 7 BREW Store that does not, or would not, have at least one drive-thru window is considered to be a "Non-Traditional 7 BREW Store."

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a "Non-Traditional 7 Brew Store" is any 7 Brew location that does not have at least one drive-thru window. In contrast, a "Traditional 7 Brew Store" is defined as a freestanding facility or other type of facility that includes at least one drive-thru window. The franchise opportunity being offered is specifically for traditional stores.
This distinction is important for prospective franchisees because the agreement specifies that franchisees have no right to construct, develop, and operate Non-Traditional 7 Brew Stores. The exclusive territory rights granted to franchisees pertain solely to Traditional 7 Brew Stores. 7 Brew and its affiliates retain the unrestricted right to construct, develop, and operate Non-Traditional 7 Brew Stores within a franchisee's territory, and these non-traditional stores do not count towards a franchisee's development schedule compliance.
7 Brew retains significant control over Non-Traditional store formats. This allows 7 Brew to explore alternative store models and market segments without being restricted by existing franchise agreements. For a franchisee, this means that 7 Brew could potentially introduce different store formats within their territory that might compete with their traditional drive-thru location, although the franchisee's development obligations are tied only to traditional stores.
