We have the right to condition our acceptance of a proposed site, or a proposed site visit, on your first sending us complete site reports and other materials (including photographs and digital recordings) we request. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will provide franchisees with its then-current criteria for Traditional 7 Brew Store sites to aid in the site-selection process. These criteria include factors such as population density, demographic characteristics, visibility, traffic flow, competition, accessibility (ingress and egress), size, and other physical and commercial characteristics.
While 7 Brew will review potential store sites identified by the franchisee within the development territory, the responsibility of locating, evaluating, selecting, and securing the site rests solely with the franchisee. 7 Brew is not obligated to physically inspect the sites but has the right to request complete site reports and other materials, including photographs and digital recordings, to assess the proposed location. The franchisor's acceptance of a proposed site may be conditional upon receiving these materials.
7 Brew aims to review and either accept or reject each proposed site within 30 days of receiving all necessary information. A site is considered rejected if no written acceptance is provided within this timeframe. While 7 Brew commits to not unreasonably withhold acceptance of a site that aligns with favorable or successful locations based on their experience, they retain the absolute right to reject any site that does not meet their criteria. They may also require the franchisee to acknowledge in writing that a preferred site is accepted despite its incompatibility with certain factors relevant to a Traditional 7 Brew Store's suitability. Franchisees should be prepared to conduct thorough due diligence on potential sites and present comprehensive information to 7 Brew for review.
