What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 7 Brew has the right to condition its acceptance of a proposed site for a Traditional 7 Brew store, or a proposed site visit, on the franchisee first sending complete site reports and other materials that 7 Brew requests. These materials may include photographs and digital recordings. The franchisee must provide all information and materials requested by 7 Brew to assess each proposed Traditional 7 Brew Store site.
This means that before 7 Brew will formally accept a site or even visit it for evaluation, a prospective franchisee must compile and submit a comprehensive package of information. This package will likely include detailed site reports, photographs, and potentially digital recordings of the location. The purpose is to allow 7 Brew to conduct a thorough preliminary assessment without physically visiting the site.
For a prospective franchisee, this underscores the importance of thorough due diligence and preparation when proposing a site. Gathering high-quality, detailed information upfront can expedite the approval process. Failure to provide the requested materials could delay the site selection process or lead to a rejection by 7 Brew. Franchisees should maintain detailed records and be prepared to respond promptly to any requests for additional information from 7 Brew during the site evaluation process.
