How are Brand Fund contributions used in relation to the 7 Brew System Website?

According to 7 Brew's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Brand Fund contributions may be used to develop, maintain, operate, update, and market the System Website. 7 Brew retains control over these Brand Fund contributions and has final approval rights over all information presented on the System Website. The System Website serves to advertise, market, identify, and promote 7 Brew Stores, their offerings, and the franchise opportunity itself. It also helps 7 Brew operate the store network and fulfill other purposes deemed appropriate by 7 Brew.

7 Brew may establish a website or series of websites for the 7 Brew network. The System Website need not provide franchisees with a separate interior webpage or "micro-site" referencing their specific store. 7 Brew owns all intellectual property and other rights in the System Website and all information it contains, including its domain name or URL, the log of "hits" by visitors, any personal or business data visitors supply, and all information relating to the Store's customers.

A franchisee's participation in the System Website is contingent upon their compliance with the Franchise Agreement and Brand Standards, including those specifically for the System Website. Non-compliance may result in temporary suspension of participation until the default is cured. Access to and participation in the System Website will be permanently terminated upon expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement. All marketing materials developed by the franchisee must comply with Brand Standards and include the System Website's URL as designated by 7 Brew.
