What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, the 'Welcome to PSB!' virtual training for 360 Painting franchisees is conducted via the Internet. This training module is part of the virtual program and requires 0.25 hours to complete.
This virtual training is part of a broader three-week training program called the Owner's Experience Program (OXP). The OXP program includes two weeks of virtual sessions and one week of live classroom sessions at the corporate offices in Charlottesville, Virginia.
