What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you may use hardware and software you already own for your 360 Painting business if it meets the standards and specifications set by the company. However, 360 Painting requires franchisees to purchase and use a designated and approved laptop PC (not a Mac) that converts into a tablet. If you purchase new hardware and software, the costs are estimated to be between $1,200 and $1,500.

If 360 Painting modifies its computer hardware or software requirements, franchisees must upgrade their equipment at the actual cost of the upgrade. There are no contractual limits on the frequency or cost of these upgrades. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring their hardware performs adequately and remains compatible with the required software programs, which may necessitate servicing or upgrading their hardware. The estimated annual cost to update, upgrade, or maintain computer hardware and software may range from $0 to $1,200.

360 Painting also requires the use of business management software through an approved vendor, with an initial cost of $5,000 for customized software platforms. The ongoing cost for this software is a Technology Fee, currently $210 per week, which 360 Painting can modify with notice. Franchisees must also use 360 Painting's contact center services, which are integrated with the business management software, for answering customer calls, taking basic information, and scheduling appointments.
