Answer from 2025 FDD Document

After select onboarding prerequisites have been met, trainees can now complete the three-week Training Program (known as OXP, or our Owner's Experience Program). Conducted across two virtual weeks and one week of live classroom sessions, the PSB Training Program offers real life best practices, general skills training, and technology guidance that we teach to properly execute your business model. During the training program, you will:

  • Interact with department experts and vendors via live sessions
  • Complete coursework as assigned by your instructors
  • Build on the foundations of onboarding by learning and practicing our business model
  • Demonstrate competency in our five key pillars of success: Capacity, Marketing, Estimating, Sales, and Production.

During the first week of the Training Program, you will build a foundation of knowledge through virtual sessions and self-paced online courses. You also continue to work through your onboarding tasks. In the second week, you connect with additional vendors and learn how to use your CRM to input customer's data, schedule appointments, complete estimates and so much more. Finally, we provide a week-long inperson training program at our corporate offices in Charlottesville, Virginia. In this final week of (OXP), you apply the knowledge you've learned in the previous weeks in real life practice scenarios and general discussions. After the Training Program, you will be ready to start operating your Business. We reserve the right to modify the in-person aspects of our initial training and on-boarding programs due to COVID-19 or other similar events that may restrict travel or in-person activities.

The high level course topics for the virtual and live weeks of training are provided in the first chart below. Content is always subject to change, but our three week training program covers the basic essentials of our 5 fundamental pillars: Capacity, Marketing, Estimating, Sales, and Production. We ask that you dedicate up to 4 hours per day to complete our Training courses the first 2 weeks of OXP. Additionally, you must block out the entire 3rd week (Monday through Friday) for Live Week free from any other work or distractions so that you can maximize the opportunity to learn as much as possible before launch. For Training, you will need a laptop and other related technology which is not provided for you and must be

covered at your own expense. This equipment is necessary in order to download and operate the systems that you will be learning throughout the weeks of Training.
