What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, the training courses offered to 360 Painting franchisees are subject to change. The FDD specifies that the courses available to owners may vary and are not static. Some courses are unique to owners within specific brands, while others are required for all participants in the Owner's Experience Program (OXP).
The content of the three-week training program, which covers the essentials of capacity, marketing, estimating, sales, and production, is also subject to change. The initial training program, overseen by Premium Service Brands' training team, uses the Brand Standards Manual as instructional material.
360 Painting may also periodically require franchisees, their managers, or employees to attend refresher training or regional meetings to enhance learning beyond the initial OXP. Franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with attending these additional training sessions. This allows 360 Painting to adapt its training programs to address new market developments, advanced lessons, or changes to the system, such as the adoption of new software.
