ITEM 19: FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE REPRESENTATIONS
The FTC's Franchise Rule permits a franchisor to provide information about the actual or potential financial performance of its franchised and/or franchisor-owned outlets, if there is a reasonable basis for the information, and if the information is included in the disclosure document. Financial performance information that differs from that included in Item 19 may be given only if: (1) a franchisor provides the actual records of an existing outlet you are considering buying; or (2) a franchisor supplements the information provided in this Item 19, for example, by providing information about possible performance at a particular location or under particular circumstances.
During our 2024 Fiscal year, we had 102 Franchised Businesses open and operating the entire fiscal year by the same franchisee. These 102 Franchised Businesses were operated by a total of 86 Franchisees. These 86 Franchisees and their 102 Franchised Businesses reported gross sales totaling $48,598,055 during our 2024 fiscal year in connection with their calculation and payment of Royalties. Gross Sales is defined in this analysis as it is in the Franchise Agreement.
This analysis excludes 77 Franchisees operating 89 Franchised Businesses that either (1) were not open the entire fiscal year because they either began operating or ceased operating during our 2024 fiscal year or (2) are not currently using our customer relationship manager software (CRM) in a manner for us to collect and disclose the below financial performance information.

These franchisees reported gross sales totaling $48,598,055 during the 2024 fiscal year.
