Our affiliate, Pro-Lift Doors Franchise, LLC ("Pro Lift") is the franchisor of businesses that offer and sell a full range of residential and commercial overhead garage services under the name "Pro Lift Garage Doors." Pro Lift's principal business address is 126 Garrett Street, Suite J, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22902. Pro Lift has been offering franchises since September 1, 2015. Pro Lift does not offer franchises in any other line of business, does not engage in any other line of business, and does not own or operate any businesses similar to the one it franchises. As of December 31, 2024, there were 57 Pro Lift franchisees in the U.S. operating 72 territories.
