What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 360 Painting Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing their own employees. Specifically, the franchisee must implement a training program approved by 360 Painting for their employees.
The franchisee is responsible for ensuring their employees complete the required training and are qualified to perform their duties according to 360 Painting's standards. The franchisee also cannot employ anyone who fails or refuses to complete the training program.
This means the franchisee has significant control over their staff but must adhere to 360 Painting's training guidelines and operational requirements. This is a common arrangement in franchising, where the franchisee manages day-to-day operations and personnel while adhering to the franchisor's brand standards and training protocols.
